The first video game i ever played?

I can't remember the first game I played, but I remember my first game expreiences. Trying for hours to get my Atari to work. Spending hours playing Track and Field (it had a mat that you put on the ground and simulated running and jumping) for the NES. Opening up the SuperNES box and playing Super Mario World for days. Jesus, games just seemed like they were so much better back then. Now I pick up a game play it for a couple hours and put it away. Although recently I've gotten into playing FPS's online, and that seems addictive.

I guess the first game I played was Pac Man for Atari. My first computer game i remember is Starcraft, and the reason I got started with computers.

haha..yes..starcraft..brings back wonderful memories..haha..it ran smooth on dial up..

idea!! maybe we can get a starcraft lan game going sometime!! it does bring back many memories along with the warcraft and command and conquer series.

wolfenstien 3d was the first real computer game i ever played.

Elite on the BBC was the first game with any depth that i played,,before that a bunch on the atari console (superman was great)

Mine was "Battlefeild" at least I think that was it.. the little green tanks.. I played it on a friends computer a few years before I got my own computer, and it had the same game, next was asteroids.. ^^ fun times..

But before all of that.. I think I played the original Metroid.. can't remember all that well, But I know I wasn't very good at it, and I only played it for a short time at a cousins house.. #.x"

also played a game called X-com, fought aliens and what not, anyone play that either
