Below is a link to an image album of the system I built for my girlfriend a month or so ago. I am relatively new to modding, and will post pics of my own rig soon. The specs of her computer are as follows:

AMD 2500+ Barton proc @ 2.2 gHz w/TT Slim Silent Volcano 10
512 mb PNY pc2700
Hitachi 7200rpm 80 gig HDD (SilentDrive technology)
Gigabyte GA-7n400 Pro2 Motherboard (Dual Bios, DDR 433, 4xDDR, 8x AGP, 6.1 ch. surround)
Antec Silent Truepower 400w PSU
Lite-on 8x dual format DVD-RW
MSI 52x32x52 CD-RW

The PC is meant to be a very silent entry-level machine featuring her favorite color and solid, reliable performance for what she will use it as.

Note that it was extremely hard for me to find orange anything, let alone UV reactive orange cables and a case with any orange at all on it.

I am new to T.N.
Let me know what you think, and pictures of my own rig will be coming soon!

This isn't a place to show off that you have the best computer there is, and he never said this comp was the best. He was just showing it to people and stating what it had in it. Thats exactly Case Gallery is about.

Right on! There is no best anyway. Its all about bein orginial and having some tasteful sense of style. Sure, there are stronger and weaker performers ASTHETICALLY, but for the most part it is relative to the modder's comfort with their results. If they think it kicks ass, then that's great! Individualism and style man.

he also did say that it was "an entry level PC"!

By the way Adrenaline, i think looks pretty good and i like those chenbro gaming bomb cases, i think they are pretty cool and an extremely good buy, i know someone who has the one with the orange front.
At least i think thats a chenbro, correct me if im wrong.

Actually, I had posted five pictures in the album, but it appears that you need to be a member of sony imagestation to view them. Can someone tell me how to insert the pictures directly into the text editor here? Do I need to have a third-party web host first? Please help, I have some much nicer pictures to show off.

i suggest going to www.imageshack.us to upload your pics. it will give you 3 links when you upload the image. use the link encased in the [img]...[/img] tags and paste it into your text. when you submit the post, the image should be in your post.
