What was your favourite PC game of 2003?

Last year saw many great games delayed, but there were also alot of great games released! What was your favourite PC game of 2003, personally Call of Duty was my favourite.

(if you want to moan about an abosultely awful game, feel free to do so!)

I don't think I bought a game in 2003

I played the demos for CoD thought it was great. I'm trying to get it. But I'm waiting for the really great games, Doom3, Half-Life 2, maybe Far-Cry.

some good games there, havent played BF1942 yet though, heard its more of an online thing, and i only have 56k. Yup HL2, Doom 3, and Far Cry, they are bound to be some of the best games this year, no doubt about it!

id say cod or bf1942 for me. cod was a great single player game. and bf1`942 is fun at lanparties and such.

also like BF1942 especially DC mod...... can't wait for BATTLEFIELD VIETNAM..... read a preview looks like another great game.

Multiplayer: Counter-Strike or BF I platy them both constantly
Single: Serious Sam 1 and 2 ... good old fasioned blow the sh*t out of all you see

yeah, im pretty sure halo 2 will be a success, but i think Half Life 2 and Doom3 will have the edge over it, no doubt that Halo 2 will have an amazing multiplayer though!

i tried playing at my dads house, but his ol radeon 8500 cant take the heat and i just cant stand playing games in crappy detail modes

ill try it next week when i beef up my rig
