Hey guys, I got a quick one for you.

I noticed that my video card is sharing an IRQ with one of the USB universal host controllers. What gets me is that I have 9 free IRQs. XP Home Edition does'nt allow me the option to change the IRQs around. I tried removing the card and uninstalling the drivers and all but after reinstalling the card and drivers it still assigns it to the same IRQ. I tried both letting the bios configure the devices and the OS, but they pretty much assign everthing to the same IRQs. Is there anyway around this are do I have to leave things as they are?

Does it really even matter thats its sharing an IRQ?

Thanks

Then why are you worry about it?

If it ain't broke, don't fix it.

True,

But don't mess with something that is working properly.

Heh, you sound like me, I can't stop messing with stuff and then get real pissed off when I completely screwed something up.
