When I purchase my new computer, I'm going to be using an nforce 2, and I hear AMD Athlon XP's run pretty hot. What would you recommend as the best cooling fan. Sound really isn't that much of an issue, but I dont want it to be like a vacum or something.
Thanks! |

Hands down, the Thermalright AX-7 with a smaller airflow 80mm fan will cool your processor amazingly and wont be too noisy. One thing to note, the stock fan that comes with the cooler is a screamer, so, downgrading to a lower speed 80mm fan will not hurt your performance too much and will enable you to at least talk to some one in the same room. _________________ Owner & Administrator
