hmmm, sounds like the overclock may be causing some havock.
try going back to stock clock settings and reformatting again.

you did do a complete format of the h.d.d. and not a repair? could it be a virus - update definitions and scan? lets see if Nate or anyone else has any ideas.

What memory are you using again?

Try setting the memory to 2.6volts and see if it helps.

Also, do a FULL formal and not the quick format when installing.

What's your ram timings at, make sure they are set to 3-8-4-4
