:( I've looked everywhere including TweakUI but can't find a way to turn off the search routine when I open a folder. If I open Explorer it's normal. If I try to open an individual folder it defaults to Search without showing the contents of the folder.

XP is brand new to me. 2000 took a while to learn but this is crazy! I hate Bill Gates!
